What's on my face #21 - Lipliner me? Who saw that one coming?

Hi lovelies,
After seeing countless tutorials on the Kylie Jenner lips I decided to give lipliner a go. I didn't want the nineties brown lipliner and pale lipstick thing happening to me but after trying lipliner... It really is a great thing if you just choose the right colour. I also refused to overdraw my lips so I really don't do the tutorials justice. The lesson on all tutorials is do what feels right for you and suits you instead of just following the current hype.
Make-up
Base : Estee Lauder daywear tinted moisteriser // Catrice camouflage cream // Hema blusher
Eyes : Maybelline colour tattoo in on and on bronze // Kiko colour sphere in 16 // MUA undress me too eyeshadow palette in dreamy and obsessed // NYC liquid eyeliner in pearlised black // Maybelline colossal volume mascara
Lips : Catrice lipliner in That's what rose wood do! // MAC mineralize rich lipstick in wear with flare
So what's the deal yes to lipliner or still a no for you?

What I bought - December beauty bits

Hi lovelies,
In the beginning of December I did a quick round of beautyshopping and got a perfume from my aunties. I've been wanting this perfume for absolutely ages. It smells divine. My other purchases are also a big hit. The nailpolishes are cheap but great quality and opaque after one coat. They are perfect christmassy colours. I've finally opened my heart to lipliner and it was a great decision. The colours are great and creamy. It definately makes a difference.

What the munchies are up too - The Bunny Edition

Hi lovelies,
I've introduced the bunnies awhile ago here and here. They were born in July and are now all grown up. Since then the mommy and a baby died, and 2 babies were given away because we couldn't keep all of them. Anais kept one of the boys 'Muffin" and Aida kept the daddy and one of the girl babies.
This is one of the boys that was given away recently to a lovely family. The child was sooo excited to get him. On this picture he was still small and he managed to jump on the top of the two-story-high cage. Special bunny isn't he?
This is Muffin, Anais' little baby bunny. He has the cutest ears. One up one down.
He likes to hide under dressers.
This is the same bunny from the first picture but all grown up.
'Mommy I'm going to have a sip of your drink, okay?'
All of the fluffy hair

Nails of the day #20 - Kitch Me If You Can

Hi lovelies,
Remember in this post when I went for lunch with the girlfriend. The day before I bought this cute Catrice Christmas set of nailpolishes. The set contains a metallic burgundy colour named 'First Class Up-Grape' and a pink glittery shimmery topcoat aka 'Kitch Me If You Can'. I ofcourse had to apply this glittery goodness right away and wore it on our date. The basecolour had great pigment and was opaque after one coat. The topcoat on the other hand needed 3 layers to get it this result. A lot of work but pretty nonetheless.
There's no denying it, it's a great duo for Christmas parties.

Lunchdate with the best girlfriend

Hi lovelies,
Last sunday me and Anais went out for lunch to celebrate our 'we're-together-this-amount-of-time-this-week-let's-celebrate'. We went to the Infirmerie, which is a lovely place in our town but isn't to extravagant and superexpensive. We had a lovely day. We took our time getting ready, got into town later that morning. We walked around the antique market and went for lunch after that. #actfancy.
We started our lunch of with a rose wine for Anais and coctail Infirmerie for me. I had no idea what was in it but it was delicious and non-alcoholic.
For appetisers we got these sweet patato mouses topped of with bits of smoked duck. Not exactly my cup of tea but you have to try something new once and awhile.
oeh time for starters. Anais went for bruschetta and I had the most delicious chicken salad.
For the main dish I went for a beef stew with a beersauce and fries, Anais got the salmon spinach pasta. We weren't able to finish it all but it was sooooo good.
Dessert was just not an option after this meal.
The rest of the day was filled with familyvisits inclusively our recently moved-out sister(-in-law for me). We had such a lovely time.

Do come back for the follow up posts on my outfit, make-up and nails.

What I Bought - Winter Edition

Hi lovelies,
Shopping is an expensive hobby, thank god there are sales. Sales are the best excuse for shopping and I obviously couldn't let them pass.
At New Look I found this dress for 24.99 €. It's a bodycon dress made from scubamaterial and has lovely navy details in the flowers.
There was a 50% discount on knitwear. So I bought this cropped ribbed black sweater which was originally 24.99€
I also bought my first Christmas sweater, I chose this grey penguin cropped sweater which also was 24.99€.
Lastly from New Look I got this long cardigan in a spotted grey colour for half of the original 24.99€. I got this a couple sizes up because I like my cardigans slouchy.
From Jack and Jones I got this flannel shirt for 29.95€
I also got a few more sweaters from vero moda. This blue-black one with zip details for 24.95€ which has a lovely loose fit.
There was a 3 for 2 sale in Vero Moda and Jack & Jones so this grey sweater happened to be my free one. It's also a baggy fit. It was originally 12.95 €.
Lastly from Zara I got this scarf for 22.95€. It's soo warm, huge and soft. It's the perfect scarf.

What's on my face #21 - Blue eyes

Hi lovelies,
For the last couple of days I've been wearing the same make-up look, which is unusual for me. The focus is mainly on the blue eyeliner.
I started with my trusty MUA undress me too palette. I used a cooltoned light shimmery shadow over the entire eyelid and a dark brown in the crease and outer corner. I applied a thick winged liner using the NYC pearlised black liquid liner on the top lashes. On the bottom lashes I applied a blue kohl liner from L'oreal in color 138 blue denim and blended that out. It's a cool toned blue colour that makes your eyes look very smokey without being to harsh as a black can be. Although it's a bit less bright than on the picture. I topped things of with lots of black mascara and done.

What I bought - Ikea edition

Hi lovelies,
Nice to see you again. Lately I've been on a spendingspree and I didn't discriminate. Not only fashion and make-up shopping has been done but I also planned a trip to Ikea. Yes try to contain yourself this is an Ikea haul and I couldn't be more excited. There is nothing more fun than shopping in Ikea. Who doesn't love choosing furniture for your future-but-at-this-point-still-imaginary home? Besides the obvious furniture(that I didn't get to purchase yet) Ikea also has an excellent homewearselection so let's see what I got in that department.
Let's start with this bedding. This is the SÖTBLOMSTER bedding which costs 24.99€. The material is soft and breezy and just amazing. This blue brown paisleyprint is really back in fashion, if it's your cup of tea it really is a winner.
Something I actually needed and wasn't just an impulse buy is this laptopstand. I saw this a while ago in an EssieButton video and it seemed/is a great idea. This particular one is the dotted black and white BRÄDA laptopstand. I must say it isn't the biggest one out there so if you have a 17 inch laptop it will probably be a bit to small for you but for me it works great. It came home with me for 12.99€
Next are these two NÄVVIVA pillows, 3.99€ each. They are about half the size of a normal pillow but they are very firm and I especially love them to lay in my neck when I'm watching TV. I first bought one for me but it was going to stay at my girlfriends house and Anais didn't want one. I made a bit of scene when she put hers back because I couldn't understand as I love them so much. Nonetheless we came home after our shoppingspree and I laid my new pillow in the bed and Anais layed her head on it and she just had to have one herself so we went back to get her her own. If that doesn't say how great this pillow is I don't know what will. The other pillows are also from Ikea and are part of the EMMIE RUTA bedlinnen.
I went wild in the bedlinnendepartment I know but the second kind of bedding is this ÖDESTRÄD orange stripey bedding. It was only 9.99€ so I couldn't leave it behind. The fabric is also very soft but feels a bit more crisp and like linnen than the other one.
My new pride and joy... the ELDBLOMMA squirrelpillow. Isn't this just amazing? Definitely worth the 9.99€.
To match my orange sheets I also bought these orange SPRALLA candles for 3.99€. I don't know how to explain the scent. It's a fresh linnenscent I think but don't quote me on that. They kick off a lot of scent without being too overpowering. The little Disney toys are from Disneyland but I already wrote about them here.
For my dresser I bought this TRENSUM mirror for 4.99€. It may look ridiculous because my dress comes with a huge mirror. The problem with it is the width of the dresser is obviously between me and the mirror but because I'm shortsighted and wear glasses I can't see myself in that mirror when I'm trying to put on eyeliner or mascara. #glasswearingproblems
Lastly we raided the kitchendepartment and we came home with a ALLEHANDA mixingbowl with a lid (8.99€)so you can mix without splashing everywhere. It's heavy and has silicone on the bottom so it doesn't slide over the counter when mixing. I also bought the DRÖMMAR backingtray for 4.99€. The blue silicone SOCKERKAKA caketin (5.99€). Red silicone STINN ovenmitts for 2.99€ each and lastly the cutest DRÖMMAR cookiecutters your eyes ever did see in the form of woodland creatures, for only 3.99€.

I hope you loved this as much as I do buying it
