What the munchies got up to #5

Hi lovelies,
Prepare yourselves, cute animalpictures are coming. I love that my blog can be a little bit of everything, from fashion to make-up to animalupdates. It just reflects my life beautifully instead of focusing on one part of my life.
My hamster has this iconic way of looking at me and it seems like she's saying 'Bitch please, what do you think your doing?'
Holding her paws up.
Peekaboo
 Cuddles
'Please don't do this woman? Why you doing this? But check my paws!!! <3'
All comfied up in a blanket
She is so at easy around Aida that she just falls asleep like this, how adorable.

The bolder the move, the less anyone questions it

Hi lovelies,
I already mentioned my finals next week so here's my next pre-planned outfitpost. I am wearing a very simple outfit. I usually do for school because I don't have the time to deeply think about my outfit in the morning. I'm the kind of person that snoozes at least 4 times and has to do everything in the remaining 15 minutes before my bus drives off without me.

Thanks to the gorgeous weather I could wear a skirt. My usual black H&M tubeskirt, it matches everything! I paired it with my new orange strappy top also from H&M, you can see/read about my haul here. I wore my black New Look loafers again and paired things all with big sunglasses from Kruidvat and a feathercrown from H&M around my bun.
I took these pictures around school at the parkinglot, I know glamorous and fancy but I was in a time rush after school. I did went out for a drink after school *priorities*. I like sitting on a terrace in summer when the sun shines with a nice drink in front of you. With weather like this that means the blogposts can come second because the weather isn't usually this nice in Belgium.
How have you been spending your springdays?

Go where you're celebrated not where you're tolerated

Hi lovelies,
How have you been doing? I'm well and hope you are too. My exams are starting next week so I will be quite busy. That's why I've been taking pictures of almost all my outfits from last week, meaning I have some back-up material for blogpost so expect a lot of outfitposts in the next weeks.

For this outfit I was wearing something quite simple to school. We have had some nice weather lately. I could finally get my bare legs out. That's why I was wearing a simple black tube skirt from H&M, a monochrome top from H&M with a studded shirt from Only and my black loafers from New Look. For accessories I wore a cross earring from New Look and some festival finds like the bracelets and stretcher.
I know this post was filter-heavy on my pictures but I found a great new editing site and was sooo excited to try a lot of filters so I did :$

What I bought - Monochrome edition

Hi lovelies,
A couple of weeks ago I did some shopping and I'm finally telling you what I bought. I mainly bought tops because I found I had absolutely none eventhough I have a full drawer of tops.
I bought this bright orange top from H&M. It has a silky material that comes from the Conscious collection. This design has a bit of cleavage and is a bit longer at the back. It's the only thing that's not monochrome because I wanted to add a bit of colour. I always wear black and white but in the summer a bright colour-pop can be so pretty. I bought this for 15€.
I also fell in love with another topdesign from H&M so I bought them in 3 colours, you know covering all bases. A black, an off white and a monochrome pattern was definitely in order. Each of these was 9.95€ so definitely affordable. The design also has strappy bands and a bit of cleavage. It's very flowy and loose fitting which is ideal in summer because it's less hot and you can hide a belly full of ice cream. I wore the black one here.
The next tops I bought we're from Zeeman. I loved these and they were 2 for 6€ so I bought a classic white and black. They have a shell button detailing and are longer than the others. These will cover your bottom when wearing leggings.
Lastly I bought a grey tshirt and printed leggings both from H&M. H&M had a 2 for 3 sale on specific items so I bought these 2 and a black tshirt for Anais. This grey shirt was soooo soft and fits perfectly. It's fitted but isn't too tight. It was around 5€. My 'piece de resistance' are these leggings. They have a pattern which is faded around the edges. This is actually supposed to be this way, eventhough my mother thought the paint was already fading. The leggings were 15€ and are great thick quality.
I was feeling like making a collage so here it is.

What have you bought recently?

Nails of the day #18 - Mrs. Grey

Hi lovelies,
It's been a while since we've talked about nailpolish. Lately I've been loving
black and grey nailpolishes. The only grey shade in my collection is Mrs Grey by Gosh. It's a little more pricy than the rest of my collection. Gosh nailpolishes cost 8.50 euros but I bought it a long time ago when nailpolishes were on offer. You can read that blogpost here. The quality is really good and has a great lastingtime. Almost a week without a topcoat. The packaging also looks really cute and classy, if you ask me.

Ici Paris XL VIP days - Lancome make-up

Hi lovelies,
Last week I was invited for the Ici Paris XL VIP-days, sounds fancy and important but I'm sure most customers got their invitation in the mail. The amount of money I've spend there in my life might have helped to get an invitation. The event was hold to promote Lancome, I believe. You could win a package with Lancome goodies, get a skincare analysis, a personalised make-upsession and get 15% off when you bought something. I obviously went, you don't get that chance everyday, do ya? I figured it would be fun to have my make-up done by a professional and it was!

So I got my make-up done and it was completely focused on the brand Lancome. I never really used any make-up from Lancome so it was nice to try a lot of products at once. I've listed all the products below. I was allowed to choose every product that was going to be applied on my face which was nice but I didn't really know about the products so it was kinda hit and miss.
Products :
- Teint miracle in 010 beige porcelaine
- Color ideal powder in a combination of the 2 lightest shades
- Blush subtle palette in nectar lace for bronzer, blush and highlighter
- Hypnose doll eyes eyeshadow palette in fraicheur rose
- A grey eyeliner from which I don't know the name
- Hypnose doll eyes mascara over my maybelline cateyes mascara
- Contour pro lipliner in rose rose
- Liplover in 312 pointe de rose
- La vie est belle Eau de toilette
We found an exact match for my skintone with the Teint Miracle foundation in the colour 010. I loved the blush/bronzer/highlighter palette. It looks gorgeous on the face and the packaging is sooo pretty. The eyeshadow was also very nice but subtle. It did have quite some glitter fall-out. I chose a grey eyeliner to mix things up but maybe brown would have been a better choice. The MUA used the Hypnose Dolleyes mascara. Lancome is known for their mascaras. They are iconic for a reason, they are amazing.

I got to try a new-ish release, the liplover glosses. They have the pigmentation of a lipstick but the shine of a gloss with the nourishing complements of a balm, like plenty of other products that are brought out lately. I chose a colour that was slightly too light for me but the products in itself was pretty amazing. The packaging is gorgeous, as are the shades. For a gloss it was pretty longlasting. My lips looked good for a couple of hours with minimal stickiness and I even ate.

The last thing I'm going to talk about is the new Lancome Perfume. After my make-up I got to try the 'La vie est belle' Eau de toilette. Oh my god it smells amazing! I was completely blown away by the scent. It includes magnolia, iris pallida, white flowers, patchouli and almond. This is definitely going on my wishlist.
It was a lovely experience. I fully recommend having your make-up done by a professional, it's so nice and they can give you great tips.

What I bought - Marshie edition

Hi lovelies,
I went to the animalstore to get my hamster some food, you know that's kinda mandatory when you take care of an animal. But let me tell you, you can't just leave with regular food. They have snacks for rodents and they are so cool that I want to try all of them. The sad thing is that you can't give to much candies to rodents, it's just unhealthy so it's not even necessary. Nonetheless I still bought hamstercandy. I use them when I try to get my hamster to love me, yes that's bribery. When she got on my hand so I could let her run around on my bed, gets more comfortable around me, that's when she gets a candy but it's never more than once or twice a week. She doesn't need to die of obesity.
For the most important part, I got Marshmellow complete food with all the nutrition in one piece of food because otherwise she can choose what she eats and miss a bunch of vitamins,... I don't want that so food that's high in protein, contains extra vitamins, takes care of teeth and immunity,... What's not to love?
Aah the candies, I bought the drops on the right because I have these from another brand and she loves them, she grabs them out of my hands so crossing fingers she likes these too. The multifit nature snacks are something new to try. I've given her a piece of dried apple and carrot but she has no interest in either of them so I'm guessing this was a flop.
Bonus shot : Princess Marshmellow in a blanketcave

There is a little bit of devil in her angel eyes

Hi lovelies,
Do any of you love to wear other peoples clothes? I love to wear my friends or girlfriends stuff. It's just a free way to wear something new when you're bored of your own clothes. When I was younger and was attending boarding school, me and my friends switched clothes all the time. For the outfit I'm showing you today I am sporting my girlfriends' shirt. I paired it with a simple flowy black strappy top from H&M, a black tube skirt from H&M and black loafers from New Look. Juwelry is always very simple with me: necklace I got from Anais, ring I got from Anais, bracelets I got from Anais, party-access-bracelet and a hairbobble. Oddly enough I never switch these up, just to lazy. I call it 'personal style' now...
Go follow me on bloglovin', Go on, you know you want to.

Life is tough but so are you

Hi lovelies,
Usually when I wear make-up I only use mascara and eyeliners. I'm glad when I can get to there without having to sacrifice sleep in the morning. I just won't put more effort in make-up in the morning and I'm completely fine with that. For this look I did put a little bit more effort in it and used not one but three eyeliners. I used the usual black megaliner by Bourjois on the top of my upperlashline and tried to make a wing. On the bottemline I used my mossgreen eyepencil in colour 60. On my waterline I used an off-white-goldy eyeliner from Guerlain, I also used it in the inner corner. Lastly I used the volume mascara by Hema on my upper and lower lashes.
Anyone else that doesn't bother with eyeshadow in a daily basis?

Someday randoms #6

Hi lovelies,
In case you're wondering what I do with my life, you're going to find out. Someday randoms-time it is! Keep on scrollin' you know you want too.
I made myself this tasty juice. In an odd moment of trying to be healthy I made a strawberry-raspberry-red berry-juice (combined with some orange juice because it would be edible instead of drinkable if you don't)
In an adventurous mood I ordered a skateboard online. I am so desperate to learn but I'm sooo scared at the same time. I really don't have a clue what I'm doing but I will learn, I just need to.
Google congratulations on my girlfriends birthday.
Iced mango-pineapple smoothie at McDonalds.
My cute little nephew visited. We took selfies of course.
Me and Anais went to a party, happens only 2 a year or so. I'm not cool who am I kidding?
Party going strong.
My mommy made me a tiny bouquet of flowers, look how cute.
Aaaah so pretty.
